Shipping policy
G’day from down under! Please be aware we are based in Australia and our warehouse ships from Australia. All orders are packed and shipped during business days (Mon-Fri). All orders will be shipped via Australia Post, Aramex, Direct Freight or FedEx at our discretion.
For all Australian orders, we charge a flat fee of $8.99 on all orders under $150.
Our Free Freight Limits are based on Shipping Location. Orders over the below limits ship free unless Rods are included. Please proceed to checkout for Rod shipping costs.
Free Express Shipping Over AUD$150 for Australia.
Free Over AUD$250 for Europe, Asia, Russia, South Africa, PNG, Pacific Islands, Japan, New Zealand etc.
We do not ship to high risk locations and may not ship to your chosen country. Please use the shipping calculator at checkout to find the shipping options available for your address.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs or import tax, imposed by the governing body in your country.
Nomad Design cannot control this or confirm if you will be subject to additional import taxes or not, or any delays your country’s customs office may cause.
For shipments across country borders please be aware that you are responsible for any shipping and additional duties, taxes, and other related charges customs may charge. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be before placing your order with Nomad Design.
We do our best to ensure timely deliveries, but please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to major holidays or unforeseen circumstances. Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders.
